At BRAINGAIN UK, we want to ensure your training setup is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused fitness equipment in its original packaging. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so you can focus on reaching your fitness milestones.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all weights, bolts, and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Arrange for a courier of your choice or request a pre-paid collection label (fees may apply) to send the equipment back to our UK distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
